Except us. ... Self-care isn't about putting yourself first in a selfish way. Self-care is about putting yourself on the list in the first place!  ... I became an integrative health coach to help women just like me - people-pleasing good girls - learn to practice self-care, to say no and set boundaries, to make themselves a priority, to reconnect with their authentic selves, and to live with energy, ease and joy."
