Today, we just get to talk to "Tiff" as her best friend, Melissa Jackson calls her. Tiff and "Melis" give us a beautiful and authentic view into their friendship and both give some amazing advice on how to navigate long-term friendship, how to hold one another accountable, and how to critique each other without coming across as being critical.
